Please be aware that as part of the booking process, you will be required to verify your details and ID through Superhog platform Know Your Guest platform. An additional fee of $32 Accidental Damage Waiver that will be requested. This waiver provides coverage for accidental damages during your stay up to a maximum of $2500 it ensures that you can fully enjoy your time without worrying about minor accidents. Please note that your booking is only confirmed once all Superhog requirements have been successfully completed.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than the 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. If the house is ready early I let you know so you can check-in early.
Minimum of 4 days.
No pets are allowed. If you are caught with a pet/animal on the property your reservation will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave immediately and NO Refund for any unused days on your reservation will be considered.
Pool is heated for an additional fee of $100 per day. Paid a couple of days in advanced of checking in.

Home is equipped with video cameras located at the front door, on both sides of the house and in the garage. Noise monitors are installed inside the house and outside that detects high decibel levels of noise.
No Pets allowed. If caught with a pet/animal on the property you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued for any unused days.
No Events or Parties.
No Smoking, Vaping or Illegal drugs inside the home or garage.
No Commercial photography or filming allowed.
Quiet Hours: 10pm -7am
Minimum age for renting is 25 years of age.
All overnight parking for cars must be in the driveway or garage per the HOA after 10pm.
